Notifications for an installed WebAPK coming from Chrome?

It looks like in this screenshot that the notification from an installed WebAPK is being attributed to Chrome canary rather than the WebAPK itself. I can't repro with tests.peter.sh, however.

Owen, would you be willing to cc in @nagarajuepuri? (I can't find an email.)

cc nagarajue, hoping he can provide a bit more clarity about whether the notifications shown in his screenshots were from an installed WebAPK, as we'd expect them to have the WebAPK short_name instead of "Chrome Canary" showing in the notification.

It wasn't installed when I took the screenshot.

I did verified that App name is shown in notifications when WebAPK is
installed. Otherwise Chrome Canary is shown.
