Unselected profile in uber tray is gray and makes me think it's disabled

Project Member Reported by davemoore@google.com, Mar 6 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 9000.91.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.110 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Log in as primary user
2. Log in with second profile
3. Pop up the Uber tray to switch back to original profile.

What is the expected behavior?
The UI should make it clear that you can select the original profile

What went wrong?
The highlighting of the current profile makes the unselected one be grayed out. This looks disabled, even though I am allowed to click it.

Did this work before? Yes This seems to have changed in the most recent update

Chrome version: 56.0.2924.110 Channel: stable
OS Version: 9000.91.0

+sgabriel, tdanderson I believe this is a dup but can't find the original. Long term we want to move secondary profiles to the user dropdown (Issue 692915), but do we want to make any short-term fixes to make this row look like it's still clickable?

This is dup of this https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=671247, already fixed on my side.
