Evaluate creating shared matcher for confirmClear

history_ui_egtest and settings_egtest, both have a somewhat complicated matcher:

  id<GREYMatcher> confirmClear = grey_allOf(
      ClearBrowsingDataButton(),
      grey_not(grey_kindOfClass([MDCCollectionViewTextCell class])), nil);

It would also be worth checking if we don't have to depend on the class type.
