Non-Regression:Highlight is seen between two tabs in Devtools

Issue description

Chrome Version:59.0.3032.0 dev
OS: Ubuntu 14.04,Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome, open devtools and select any section (memory/security/audits)from'>>'menu 
(2)Go to Customize and control DevTools>>More tools>>open JavaScript Profiler and Observe.(kindly refer video)

Actual Result:Blue line highlight is seen between two tabs.
Expected Result:Instead, it should be only for the selected tab.

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-58(58.0.2988.0)

Able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.12.3 using chrome version 59.0.3030.0

Sweet! thank you so much. We've been trying to get a solid repro for this. 


I'll add step 0 to yours: start with a fresh profile.
Then yeah
1) open memory
2) open menu > more tools > javascript profiler.

repro'd on mac and linux.
