Pre condition : Make sure at least two thumbnails are present

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, navigate to NTP (Thumbnails are displayed in NTP) and open devtools
2. Now double click on RHS corner of second thumbnail,observe(Refer screen cast)

Actual: Chrome crashes after double clicking on thumbnail in NTP
Expected:  Chrome should not crash after double clicking on thumbnail in NTP
