Regression: Chrome closes abruptly in guest mode.

Chrome Version: 59.0.3030.0/9341.0.0 dev-channel Daisy,Minnie

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Browse as guest>> Search anything in omni box or open youtube 
(2)Now leave chrome idle for 40-60 secs and Observe. (Please refer video)

Expected: Chrome should not close abruptly when left idle in guest mode.
Actual: Instead, Chrome closes abruptly in guest mode.

This is regression issue as it is working fine in 57.0.2987.85/9202.43.0 beta channel quawks.

That crash should be fixed, can we check if this issue still reproduces?
