Branches page should show the Cr-Commit-Position

Project Member Reported by mgiuca@chromium.org, Mar 6 2017

Issue description

Please add a commit position column on https://chromiumdash.appspot.com/milestones that shows the Cr-Commit-Position of the most recent commit to the branch.

This is the most important piece of information I need when looking at the milestones (to figure out whether a particular commit is in the branch or not).

Thanks for the feedback! That said, I will admit that I've been trying to avoid listing commit position anywhere, because relying on that means that you always have to check two places (the commit position for the milestone branch, and then the commit position of each of your CLs) and the whole point of Chromium Dash is to reduce the need to look in multiple places to answer simple questions.

So, a question - what if, on the "My Commits" page (https://chromiumdash.appspot.com/commits), we were to list "First Build" alongside "First Release"? That would allow you to quickly scan all of your recent commits, and determine which of them made the branch, and which didn't.
Friendly ping here - would c#1 be an acceptable mitigation?

#2 Sorry I missed this.

I think that would solve some of the cases, and also be generally helpful. It won't help me know about *any* commit, only my own.

If you could add that info to the commit page too (e.g., https://chromiumdash.appspot.com/commit/a8ace33174ea8cd5ee2cf41804e0e0733be52dd3) then I could pretty easily access it for any commit.

That probably covers all the use cases I'm interested in. It might still be quicker if you could see the commit position at a glance from the milestones page.
