MD Settings: "Show home button" secondary text shouldn't use placeholder

1. Ensure "Show home button" is enabled and there is no value in "Other"
2. Choose "Other"

The secondary text uses the placeholder value (www.example.com), but in reality Home will open the NTP. The Home behavior is probably correct, it's the secondary text that should be changed to not use the fake/placeholder value.

Let's keep the subtext as "New Tab Page" if the user (1) has selected "Use the new tab page" or (2) has selected "Other" but hasn't entered anything.
