1. Enter crosh shell
2. execute storage_test_2
3. Buffer overflow is detected with request to report defect here


What is the expected result?
Disk test executes and displays result

What happens instead of that?
crosh> storage_test_2
Checking blocks 0 to 15638615

HP Chromebook has needed OS recovery often (2x a week). When boot fails, boots to CHROME splash screen and does not proceed. Pressing keyboard keys causes characters (generally "?") to appear top left of screen over white spalsh screen. Recovery from flash drive fixes briefly.  Also have seen poor performance, occasionally, and video glitches.
