Unable to reproduce the issue on Linux Ubuntu-14.04, Mac-10.2.2 and Windows-7 using chrome stable version 56.0.2924.87 and canary 59.0.3030.0.
Reporter@ could you please check the issue without any extensions and let us know your observations if the issue still persists.
