Pinch to zoom does not work anymore on touchscreen

When you use the pinch to zoom feature. It does not zoom in.

This seems to be a recent regression. Observed on http://maps.google.com and other sites in 58.0.3027.0 (dev-channel samus) and seems fine in stable.

It is certainly broken in that version try 58.0.3029 or later I believe.
