Low quality images on Wikia in Chrome

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Going to this site for an example: http://polandball.wikia.com/wiki/Polandball_Wiki 2. Look up a userbox icon on the wiki. 3. Here is an example (use Chrome to see it in bad quality, and another browser to see it in it's normal quality): http://vignette1.wikia.nocookie.net/polandball/images/6/6c/USA-icon.png/revision/latest?cb=20170227181422 What is the expected behavior? The userbox icon is supposed to be in normal quality with no individual colors on it and icon is supposed to be clear. What went wrong? It went low quality for some reason for Chrome, while on other browsers, it's normal quality. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 56.0.2924.87 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.3 Flash Version: This is on Wikia, and on other browsers, such as Firefox, icon is normal quality.

Unable to reproduce the issue on windows 7, Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.12.3 using chrome version 56.0.2924.87.Observed the quality of the icon is clear with URL http://polandball.wikia.com/wiki/Polandball_Wiki. Same behaviour observed on Firefox as well. Please find the attached screen cast of both Firefox and Chrome.Please confirm if anything missed here in triaging the issue. Please provide us expected screen cast for better understanding the issue. Thanks,
