Cannot Enable webview on my one plus 3 after updating to Android N

Issue description

Facing many issues because webview shows as disabled. Tried many times. No luck. Cannot enable the app. 
Device name:one plus 3
Android version:Android 7.0
WebView version (from system settings -> Apps -> Android System WebView):54.0-2840.85
Application:
Application version:

URLs (if applicable):

Expected result:
Need to enable webview

Actual result:
Unable to toggle disabled option to enable

Android WebView is disabled by default on Android 7.  Functionality is provided by Chrome so all your apps which use WebView will continue to work normally.  When you update Chrome, WebView will be updated to the newer version.  Please refer to this link: https://developer.android.com/about/versions/nougat/android-7.0.html#webview

What specific issues are you facing after update to Android N, please provide more details.
