Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. go to a password protected site that you have multiple usernames for 2. type the first few characters of one of them - the username is offered as an option to select 3. select the whole username - it is then filled in automatically (as well as the password) 4. log in What is the expected behavior? Smart lock should offer to save the password for the whole username What went wrong? Smart lock offers to save the password for the portion of the username that was actually typed. IE, if the username was 'davidmaxwaterman', and I typed 'dav' and then selected the candidate offered in the drop-down menu to have the rest of it filled for me, smart lock doesn't offer to save the password for 'davidmaxwaterman', but instead only the characters I actually typed, 'dav'. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 56.0.2924.87 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: The site I noticed this on is https://www.edfenergy.com/

Tried to reproduce the issue on Win-10 using chrome reported version #56.0.2924.87. Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue. ------------ 1. Navigated to URL: https://www.edfenergy.com/ 2. Tried creating an account. 3. Couldn't create account as it is asking for an account number. Hi, thanks for giving this your attention. Clearly I cannot make an account for you on edfenergy since I do not own it, and I'm not going to publish my own account details here either. Is there some site where creating an account simply for testing is acceptable? If so, I can try it there...

Unable to reproduce the issue on Win-10 using chrome stable version #58.0.3029.110 and latest canary #60.0.3108.0. smart lock get whole username and saved password when username is autocompleted. davidmaxwaterman@ - Could you please check this issue on latest stable #58.0.3029.110 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not.
