Chrome's Omnibox is not visible when it is focused and the #enable-chrome-home is enabled

Reported by depy45...@gmail.com, Mar 4 2017

Issue description

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Chrome > go to chrome://flags/#enable-chrome-home and enable the flag. Restart browser
2. Open any web page and focus the address-bar to start typing in something

What is the expected behavior?
The omnibox must appear above the keyboard when it is in focus as it does on the stable version.

What went wrong?
The omnibox hides when the keyboard is opened.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 57.0.2987.88 Channel: beta

Thanks for your feedback. The feature is still very experimental and under active development. It starts getting usable only now. If you want to try Chrome Home, please do so in Chrome Dev or Canary (version 58)

Closing, but cc'ing the people directly involved in this feature, in case this is actionable.
