Touching some elements for longer makes element under them active as well |

Issue descriptionChrome Version : 56.0.2924.87 OS Version: 10.0 What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. With bookmarks bar shown 2. Open pageinfo 3. close it by pressing slightly longer than you need to OR 2. Type a few characters in the omnibox 3. Press the second item in the suggestion dropdown slightly longer than you need to What is the expected result? Pressed item is clicked What happens instead of that?
