What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) watch a downloaded video
(2) while the video is playing, hit the exit fullscreen button

What is the expected result?
The video exits fullscreen and the orientation matches the device.

What happens instead?
The user sees a black screen. If you zoom out, you will see the video come into the viewport.
