What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Take a memory-infra enabled trace.
(2) Try to Load it into chrome://tracing.
(3) Try to load it again.

What is the expected result?

Trace loads first time, at #2.

What happens instead?

Sometimes nothing happens after choosing the trace file at #2. If you try again then the trace loads, though.
