test_push: improve the error message to explicitly mention that the log has been saved to /var/log/test_push.log

Issue description

Currently, all the test_push logs has been redirected to /var/log/test_push.log. However, this is not explicitly mentioned in the error message when testing push failed, which needs some time for the deputy to find out.
