Updated to Chromium 56.0.2924.76, UI elements now tiny

Reported by adam.jor...@gmail.com, Mar 3 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Ubuntu Chromium/56.0.2924.76 Chrome/56.0.2924.76 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Update to Chromium 56.0.2924.76

What is the expected behavior?
Font size in UI should not change

What went wrong?
Font size in UI has changed

Did this work before? Yes Previous one installed

Chrome version: 56.0.2924.76 Channel: stable
OS Version: Ubuntu 16.10
Flash Version:

I switched from Google Chrome to Chromium because this issue turned up in Chrome after an update. Now Chromium has updated and seems to have been infected with the same annoying issue.

If you guys want to do this kind of thing then maybe give us the option of setting the UI font scale because right now this is just bad behaviour. NO other applications I'm running do this, not even Java-based tools like IntelliJ which are the usually worst offenders in this area.

If there is no plan to fix this then I'm just going to have to switch browsers because I refuse to squint just to read tab titles and I also refuse to monkey with my system-wide DPI because one application is misbehaving.

Already fixed and will be available in chrome M57 stable mostly next week.
Thank you! Sorry if I was a bit rude. I was just really disheartened to see this bug that caused me to flee Chrome turn up in Chromium :-)
