macOS: Local storage is not cleared properly in Incognito mode

PRIVACY ISSUE

VERSION:
Chrome Version: 56.0.2924.87 (64-bit) stable
Operating System: 10.12.3 (16D32)

REPRODUCTION STEPS

1. Enter incognito mode
2. localStorage.setItem('tajne', 'XXX');
3. Close incognito mode
4. Enter incognito mode once again
5. localStorage.getItem('tajne');

Data from first Incognito session are still available in second one.
This works only in macOS/OS X.

I can't reproduce this in M65 on macos 10.13.3
