html encoding in french settings

The French translation of IDS_SETTINGS_WEB_STORE indeed has a non-breaking space in it, and it's showing up weirdly.

Ryan, can you take a look?

Hi Avi,

as mentioned in our main thread, I am now following up with our vendors, to have the TC message ID fixed. Looks like TC message ID (FR) 3445831433490498572 contains a non-breakable placeholder that has been edited, resulting in a non-sense message on the UI.
