Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open a website with scroll 2. You have to do a lot of movements to go down (fingers hurt) What is the expected behavior? Improve the scroll speed, changing a parameter o similar What went wrong? You have to do a lot of movements to go down (fingers hurt) Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 56.0.2924.87 Channel: stable OS Version: 10 Flash Version: I have tried the extensions to increase the performance but there only working with mouse wheel.

Current design locks scroll position to your finger during a touch-scroll, and I don't think we're likely to change that. Or were you talking about the speed of a fling? (Fling happens when you release a touch scroll while moving) Is there a scrollbar on the site you're using? If so, you might find that effective for fast navigation.
