Issue descriptionChrome Version:58.0.3029.0 dev OS:Ubuntu 14.04,Windows What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome,navigate to chrome://md-settings/importData and Observe. Actual Result :Default focus is seen missing. Expected Result:Default focus should be seen.
