LLVM: Consider testing ToT llvm sources nightly

It might be helpful to have a ToT llvm test job so that errors can be caught early.

testing llvm itself nightly is probably too much work without additional testing resources. Eeven current llvm-next testing is often broken because of poor pol:uiste availability.

Marking this as won't fix.
