Attach a screenshot if possible. I can work around this by seding toolchain.ninja: sed -i "s:../../../../../../../../../usr/bin/clang:clang:g" out/Release/clang_x64/toolchain.ninja What I'm trying to do is fix it so the correct patch is used in toolchain.ninja
