MS Office Documents using Office Web App no longer open

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
https://www.surreyschools.ca/classes/THR0000016706/_layouts/15/WopiFrame.aspx?sourcedoc=/classes/THR0000016706/Lists/Resources/Parent%20Conferences.xlsx&action=default&DefaultItemOpen=1

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. browse to the URL using version 56.0.2924.87 of chrome
2. receive an error message

What is the expected behavior?
1. browse to the URL using version 55.0.2883.75 of chrome.
2. The document opens correctly.

What went wrong?
Receiving the following error message:
The webpage at https://webapp.surreyschools.ca/x/_layouts/xlviewerinternal.aspx?ui=en-US&rs=en-US&WOPISrc=https%3A%2F%2Fwww%2Esurreyschools%2Eca%2Fclasses%2FTHR0000016706%2F_vti_bin%2Fwopi%2Eashx%2Ffiles%2F58f5316fc659486abf07d1b7f5494c71&sc=https%3A%2F%2Fwww%2Esurreyschools%2Eca%2FSearch%2Fpages%2Fresults%2Easpx%3Fk%3D%252Exlsx&wdEnableRoaming=1 might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? Yes 55.0.2883.75

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 56.0.2924.87  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: 

This happens for all MS Office Web App documents (Excel, Word, PowerPoint...)

Hi,

Thanks for looking into this.

This issue can be closed.
One of our certificates is still using SHA1 encryption. Changing the
certificate for one with SHA2 encryption will fix the issue.
A more descriptive error message would be helpful.
