What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome, open DevTools window and click on 'Customize and control DevTools' icon to open menu list.
(2)Hover the mouse pointer on 'More tools' option, select 'JavaScript Profiler' option.
(3)Drag "Record Java Scrip CPU Profile" section towards R.h.s and observe.(Kindly refer the video)

Actual:"Record Java Scrip CPU Profile" section options are not displayed properly i.e not visible after resizing devtools.

Expected:"Record Java Scrip CPU Profile" section options should be displayed properly after resizing devtools.

This is a Non-regression issue seen from M-58(i.e 58.0.2989.0),since it is a newly introduced feature.
