Regression : Unnecessary Scrollbar is seen at Mobile Dongle Name in chrome://settings

Chrome Version: 58.0.3021.0/9329.0.0 dev channel Daisy,Candy,Minne,Peppy & Quawks.
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Sign into User ->Insert Mobile Dongle and ensure it is connected
(2)Now go to chrome://settings page -> At 'Internet connection' click on 'Mobile data'
(3)Now observe Unnecessary Scrollbar at Mobile Dongle Name (Please refer Video and screenshots)

Expected: Scrollbar should not be seen at Mobile Dongle Name
Actual: Instead unnecessary scrollbar is seen

This is Regression issue as same is working fine in 56.0.2924.67/9000.66.0 Beta-channel Quawks

Status: WontFix (was: Untriaged)
Not a P1 and not important enough to fix in the current settings UI, this will be a non issue in the new chrome://md-settings UI targeting 59.
