Reported by berkut.u...@gmail.com, Mar 2 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Run google chrome.
2. Press "Control - t" to create new tab.
3. Repeat step 2.

What is the expected behavior?
Make tab header smaller.

What went wrong?
Width of window become bigger, as result vertical scroll bar (at right edge of window), menu button and icons of extensions become unvisible.
Browser does not allow decrease width of its window.

Did this work before? Yes

Chrome version: 56 Channel: stable
OS Version:
Flash Version:

If you can't place new tab in tabbar, implement scrolling of tabbar, make tabbar multiline, create new tab in new window, but never increase width of window. Only user can resize browser window.

Can't reproduce issue with "google chrome" version 60.0.3112.101 (64-bit). Issue was fixed some times between 2 march 2017 (issue report date; chrome 56) and 23 august 2017 (this comment write day; chrome 60).
