Redirects to Malicious Websites using Google Chrome Logo

I have been experiencing problems while opening a lot of famous and secure websites(described below) on Google Chrome,Edge(Microsoft) on Windows 10 and Safari on Mac.The problem is that I am being redirected to adware websites and malicious websites telling me that important updates are downloading and that to continue into this website I have to install some extensions and plugins shown on the screen.It prevents me from logging on to the websites I want to visit.Some of the screenshots are attached below.It is also a copyright breach as the Google Chrome logo and theme is being used by third-party hackers to get into computers.This is a really annoying bug.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Opening famous and save websites like avid.com,ndtv.com, indianexpress.com,hindu.com,etc.

Tested in chrome # 56.0.2924.87 and Canary #59.0.3034.0 on Mac 10.12.3 & win 10.0 and not able to reproduce the issue.Please find the screen cast for your reference.

@ johanmanojm: Could you please let me know if i have missed anything and if possible, please create new profile without extension and apps.Re-check once and let us know the behaviour of the of the issue/Provide sample test teps which would help us to triage the issue further.
