Regression: [History] 'Learn more' link does not get highlighted after clicking on it.

Chrome Version: 58.0.3028.0 (Build official) Revision c49428ef69cfd173c5d7eaeb39982f44ca68da78-refs/heads/master@{#454140} (32/64 bits)
OS:Windows(7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.11.6,10.12.1)

Pre-condition: Sign in into browser with valid credentials.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://history
(2) Click on 'info' icon and then click on Learn more link.
(3) Come back to chrome://history page, click on 'info' icon and observe.

Actual: 'Learn more' link does not change to purple color after clicking on it i.e.link is gets highlighted.

Expected: Link should be in purple after navigating on it.

This is a regression issue, broken in 'M-57', will soon update the other info:
