User names not centered under avatars

OS: 9313.1.0 (Official Build) dev-channel samus

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Start Chromebook.

What is the expected result?
Names for currently added users should be centered below their avatars on the login screen.

What happens instead?
Names are slightly offset to the right.
For graphics-related bugs, please copy/paste the contents of the about:gpu
page at the end of this report.
