Chromebook - iReady testing site presents flash error in kiosk mode.

Reported by andrew.w...@montville.net, Mar 1 2017

Issue description

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Turn chromebook on
2. Go to apps drawer at log-in screen without logging in
3. Select i-Ready App for kiosk mode

What is the expected behavior?
Log-in screen for i-Ready should display a button to click (Usually "GO," allowing users to log-in.)

What went wrong?
Log-in screen for i-Ready does not display a button to click, allowing users to log-in.

Did this work before? Not sure

Chrome version: 55.0.2883.105 Channel: stable
OS Version:
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

- Flash is fully up to date. Having the students sign onto the chromebooks and using the site through Chrome does not present a flash issue at all, but we cannot have students do this, as not all students are allowed username access onto chromebooks and/or we do not want fringe extensions interrupting the testing process or causing conflicts.

-i-Ready's website does not appear to use HTML5 as an alternative, we have tested administratively allowing flash to run specifically Google Apps/kiosk mode. Did not make a difference.

- As an FYI: We are not allowing our chromebooks to update to version 56 at this moment, as it will not be compatible with the upcoming PARCC testing that will be taking place. However, according to other threads, being on ver 56 does not seem to solve anything anyway.

I want to add that under the section where I was asked "Did this work before," the answer is a definite YES, I was answering "Not Sure" to the question asking me what is the last version things were still working correctly.

Raj, I believe this is an issue you are tracking (force-enabling flash for kiosk sessions)?
Till we implement a policy to support flash in Kiosk mode, it is enabled in ChromeOS stable release from M55 & above - Please see here - https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=693739#c59
