Caltrain scrolling-schedule site misalignment

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 9000.82.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
http://www.caltrain.com/schedules/weekdaytimetable/weekdaytimetable-scrolling.html

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Load http://www.caltrain.com/schedules/weekdaytimetable/weekdaytimetable-scrolling.html
2. Drag the schedule left

What is the expected behavior?
The persistent vertical column list of stations should align with the timetable columns.

What went wrong?
The stations are gradually more misaligned the farther from the top of the timetable you look.

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 56.0.2924.87  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 9000.82.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

 
Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
Looks like that link is not working atm, so closing as obsolete.  Please reopen if this still an issue.

At least on my Mac today, it appears to render correctly.
