"Console settings" options are not displayed properly after resizing Devtools

Chrome Version: 58.0.3027.0 (Official Build) 0431b6bc6c9bf5624cccf1121285392b07b74ec6-refs/heads/master@{#453800}-32/64bit
OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.11.6,10.12.1)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome, navigate to NTP and open devtools and click on 'console'
(2)Now dock devtools window to bottom and click on "Console settings" on R.H.S
(3)Now drag the devtools window downwards and observe the "Console settings" options.

Actual result:"Console settings" options are not displayed properly i.e not visible after resizing devtools 

Expected:"Console settings" options should be displayed properly after resizing devtools 

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-58(i.e 58.0.3014),since it is a newly introduced feature.

This request has been open for awhile, and with our current priorities, it does not seem like it will be fixed soon.  Archiving this for now.

I haven't found a simple fix for this, and any change would likely be fragile to Blink changes.
