screen capture doesnt work any more

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. ctrl + screen swap
2. ctrl + shift + screen swap
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
expect a screen capture or a screen snip

What went wrong?
Stopped working.

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 57.0.2987.75  Channel: beta
OS Version: 9202.37.0
Flash Version: 24.0.0.221

This key should be mapped to KEY_F5 (instead of KEY_SWITCHVIDEOMODE), but get overridden via /lib/udev/hwdb.d/60-keyboard.hwdb, along with Search Key:

 KEYBOARD_KEY_3b=back
 KEYBOARD_KEY_3c=forward
 KEYBOARD_KEY_3d=refresh
 KEYBOARD_KEY_3f=switchvideomode
 KEYBOARD_KEY_40=brightnessdown
 KEYBOARD_KEY_41=brightnessup
 KEYBOARD_KEY_42=mute
 KEYBOARD_KEY_43=volumedown
 KEYBOARD_KEY_44=volumeup
 KEYBOARD_KEY_db=search # Same position as caps lock key on most keyboards
 # KEYBOARD_KEY_3e=fullscreen, no defined key sym

So, it should be a duplicate bug to  bug 701643 .
