Issue descriptionChrome Version:58.0.3027.0 OS: ubuntu 14.04,Windows What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome and navigate to the md-settings (2)open import bookmarks overlay and observe. Expected Result: Double quotes should not display in import section of dev tools. Actual result:Unwanted Double quotes are displaying in import section of dev tools.
