Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
0. Problem occures on tablets with windows 10
1. Launch Chrome, open start page with search bar
2. Press on search bar. On screen keyboard must appear,
page content will be shifted up to search bar be visible
3. Press on windows button in toolbar. Windows start menu shows up, keyboard hides.
In chrome: lower half is white (where keyboard was located)
Page reload doesnt fix the issue

What is the expected behavior?
when onscreen keyboard dissapears, webpage looks normally, without blank space at bottom

What went wrong?
Huge blank space at bottom of webpage
Sometimes page content is shifted up, sometimes not

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 56.0.2924.87 Channel: stable

Tested on tablet with windows 8 using chrome M56 #56.0.2924.87 and issue is not reproduced as the UI is different.

@MTV Team -- Requesting MTV team to look into this , as windows 10 tablet is not available with TE-HYD Team.

Thanks!
