For the initial launch of CUPS, we will ensure that the existing printing workflows for users stay intact ( crbug.com/695911 ). However, on the follow, we should look to deprecate print provider apps over time.

Update Ideas:
- When user navigates to Settings to update their printer, suggest to reconfigure with icon/temporary message next to printer? -- Need ability to edit existing printer configuration?
- Provide a notification on first time printer connection?
