Non aligned X after crash

Chrome Version: (copy from chrome://version) 56.0.2924.87
OS: (e.g. Win7, OSX 10.9.5, etc...) Win10 pre anniversary update

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Have some tabs and Chrome crashes
(2) Reopen Chrome

What is the expected result?
X at the top right should be aligned with the 3 dot menu or similar.

What happens instead?
X is not aligned.
