Print does not remember the last printer used

Project Member Reported by vkadaru@google.com, Feb 28 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a webpage or file in chrome.
2. Select a google cloud printer or any printer on the Local Printer List which is . Print using the menu > print dialog.
3. Print again using the menu > print dialog. The selected printer on the print dialog page is not the previously used printer
3.

What is the expected behavior?
The printer used for the last printed job should be automatically selected when we try to print the second time.

What went wrong?
Not the expected behavior. For consecutive print jobs, the user has to keep selecting the required printer again and again

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 56.0.2924.87 Channel: stable

Flash Version:

Same behavior is observed on Ubuntu Linux and Windows 10 for the same google chrome version.

Tested on the M57 beta of Google Chrome (Windows 10).

Things work as expected.
