MD Settings: Chrome crashes when clicked on "Settings" link in the sign in confirmation dialog.

REPRO STEPS
1. Sign in to Chrome.
2. Click the "Settings" link in the Sign in confirmation box.

ACTUAL RESULTS
Chrome crashes

EXPECTED RESULTS
Page navigated to advanced sync settings page (chrome://settings/syncSetup)

This looks like a regression with the new MD settings page.

Hi, can you add server id for the crash?
something like

Hi Gang, I do not see any server ID in the chrome://crashes page.
