Hi - We have seen this issue with model: Chromebook touch Lenovo N20p. With the model C100P(which can be fold fully) works fine.

Greg, could you look into this?

Greg, do you know if the N20P supposed to have touchview mode? It looks like the device doesn't fold all the way around, but I guess it would still be useful?

According to these two reviews, it should support auto-rotate (https://youtu.be/e_AIcwGJkuQ?t=755), and the on-screen keyboard makes it look like tablet mode (https://youtu.be/PSzaRWuasC0?t=200), although I don't yet have a lot of first-hand experience with that yet. My clapper on M-58 is exhibiting the bug (no auto-rotate or auto-onscreen keyboard when folded back, physical keyboard still active).

Also: just recovered to M-56, where (as reported above) auto-rotate and onscreen keyboard appear as expected.
