enable https:// on Chrome CDM test site

As of M58, EME only works on https. Otherwise it throws "EME not available" error.
The Chrome CDM test site does not allow https:// connection. I always have the error as attached. 
Is there anything need done in the server setting? Please fix. it blocks EME testing.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) navigate to http://ats.wv.sandbox.google.com/static/chrome_test_app/index.html
(2) load any Widevine video

What is the expected result?
video is played

What happens instead?
video is not loaded because "EME not available"

This is by design. http is disabled in EME. You have to now use HTTPs.
