What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open Devtools Network panel
(2) Navigate to google.com
(3) Hover over status codes

What is the expected result?
Always shows status descriptions: "200 OK"

What happens instead?
Sometimes shows status descriptions, either: "200" or "200 OK"

It would also be great to have that same description shown in the headers panel of the response.
