Pre-condition: Add 4 extension using above test urls and should be seen in browser action container area.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and right click on LastPass extension icon ,select ‘LastPass’ option (second option)
2. LastPass extension page gets open in NTP then select omnibox url 
3. Then resize the browser window and observe.

Actual: Blue highlight of selected url gets overlap on star icon.
Expected: Overlapping should not be seen.

This is regression issue, broken in in ‘M 57’ and below is manual bisect info:
Good build:57.0.2958.0
Bad build:57.0.2959.0

Note: Issue is not seen on Windows and Linux OS.
