Regression:After hovering mouse over screenshot misalignment of text is observed in report an issue overlay.

Issue descriptionChrome Version:58.0.3026.0 (Official Build) fe586ab75aca1b8ab839db23bceac5f621389fed-refs/heads/master@{#453454} (32/64 Bit) OS:Windows(7,8,8.1,10) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://md-settings/manageLanguages page and select 'French' from 'All languages' list. (2)Click on iron icon of french and select 'disply google chrome..' option, relauch the browser. (3)Click on Menu button > About chrome > Report an issue,hover mouse on screenshot and observe the "include this screenshot" text. Actual: After hovering mouse over screenshot misalignment of text is observed in report an issue overlay. Expected: After hovering mouse over screenshot text should be properly displayed. This is a regression issue broken in 'M57' and below is the manual regression range: Good Build: 57.0.2970.0 Bad Build: 57.0.2971.0 Note: Issue not seen on Mac & Linux OS.

Verified this issue on Windows 10 with chrome #59.0.3043.0 Followed the steps as mentioned in comment #0 and observed after hovering mouse over screenshot, the text is displayed properly without any misalignment. Attaching the screen-cast for reference. Hence adding TE-Verified labels. |
