Regression: 'Clear the following items from' text appears in two lines for French Language.

Chrome Version: 58.0.3026.0 (Official Build) fe586ab75aca1b8ab839db23bceac5f621389fed-refs/heads/master@{#453454} (32/64 Bit)

OS:  Windows(7,8,8.1,10).

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Chrome and change the language to 'French' from chrome://settings/languages.
2. Relaunch, go to chrome://md-settings/clearBrowserData and observe.

Actual Result: 'Clear the following items from' text appears in two lines for French Language.
Expected Result: 'Clear the following items from' text should appear in one line.

This is regression issue broken in 'M 58' and will soon update the bisect info:

Manual Bisect Info: 
Good Build: 57.0.2977.0
Bad Build: 57.0.2978.0

Note: Issue not reproducible on MAC and LINUX OS.

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build: 57.0.2977.0 (Revision: 442447).
Bad build: 57.0.2978.0 (Revision: 442756).

You are probably looking for a change made after 442648 (known good), but no later than 442649 (first known bad).
