Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. settings --> Advanced settings --> Privacy (Content settings) --> Notifications (Manage Exceptions) --> Except allow/block there is no settings to change the display time when allowed.
2. Kindly bring this new feature which is very useful.
3. Also clear all option if more than 1 desktop notification is there similar to android push notifications.
4. Donot disturb mode for notification quick toggles.

What is the expected behavior?
Option to allow display time setting.
Clear all options
Don't disturb mode for notifications

What went wrong?
None of the features are found
